Beta 5.0

First beta release in 10 months, so... a lot of things have changed.

• An installer is now run on first startup, which copies all files from the source archive to the save directory
• Windows PE programs now use a special executable format instead of just being Lua files. An executable in this format is essentially an archive containing all of its own resources.
• Added a new (still very WIP) GUI library, which is intended to eventually replace the current weird methods of making Windows PE GUIs.
• New Settings app, taken and adapted from Crap OS 11
• Vurl IDE is now Visible Studio, an IDE for both Lua and Vurl. This program is still very much a work in progress.
• Added a very experimental and WIP version of IE that can actually access the internet. Currently only works on Linux.
• Added save confirmation when closing Notepad or Paint (and Visible Studio).
• Allow key repeat in PEChat
• A whole lot of minor fixes
