Beta 1.0

Beta 1.0 builds off from Windows PE 4; some of the things that have been added/changed are:

• Added chat application
• Added Vurl IDE, an editor for a dialect of the Vurl programming language
• New default theme and wallpaper
• Files can now be put on the desktop
• Improved(?) filesystem UI: you can right-click on files to manage them
• Shortcuts: you can quickly make a desktop shortcut for any file
• Dialog boxes now have icons, and resize better according to the length of its contained text
• Replaced some icons with ones from Windows Vista/7 (such as Solitaire, Minesweeper)

This version is not publicly available (yet???).
